Shipping & Delivery
At Ethnickurtas, you can place your order easily following the simple steps at the website. Once your order is placed successfully, we will ensure that it reaches you on time and without any hassle. We deliver your product through reputed courier agencies. 
Shipping charges: We offer free delivery for all the products in India. There will be shipping charge applicable on international shipments, which will be shown to you as per the location during checkout.
Shipping time: The delivery time and duration will be specified on the website. We will ensure that it reaches you earlier or within the specified period. The number of days specified will be the working days and does not include public/national holidays and Sunday. Once you place order, before 12 noon, the number of days for delivery will be notified to you through the confirmation email of the product ordered on your email ID mentioned at the time of registration. The delivery time is dependent on the location; therefore, it is recommended that you provide your area pin number correctly on your address, as that will help in estimating the accurate delivery time. Ethnickurtas.com will not be responsible/liable for any kind of delay or non-delivery of products purchased by the user due to delay by vendor, courier partner, trade organizations/manufacturers/shops, due to wrong address, unavailability to receive the package at the address provided or natural calamities like flood, fire, wars, strikes, curfew or acts of God or anything that is beyond our control. Therefore, users are requested to provide the correct address details and where they will be avaialble to receive the product for the next 10-15 days, which is the delivery time for the products ordered on our website. 
Shipping time exceptions: Some items that are heavy or bulky might take some extra time, as they will be shipped through surface logistics partners and can take 10-15 days within India and 15-20 days for international shipments. Shipping on multiple locations: If you need to deliver more than 1 product at more than one address, you will need to place multiple orders for each delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches the correct destination without any confusion.
Pre-booking for shipments: You can book your product that needs to be delivered on a later date. You can mention the delivery time and your order will be released as per the date mentioned for delivery. In case you need to cancel your pre-booking order, please inform our customer care at least 4 days before the date mentioned for delivery.
Shipment/Order confirmation: The confirmation of your order will be sent to your registered email ID. You will receive an email with the details of your product ordered and the approximate time that will be taken to deliver the product at the specified destination. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the details with the tracking number. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder in case you do not receive any such information in your mailbox after placing the order. In case there are some reasons of the delay due to some unforeseen circumstances, an email will be sent to you with complete details of the delay.
Check your shipment: Once you receive your order, we encourage you to please check the invoice and product received. In case it does not match the order you placed, please call our customer care immediately and log a complaint about it. DO NOT accept the delivery or open the seal or packaging for the product inside. Keep the invoice and tags intact. Read our Refund policy. All the products will be shipped to you with an invoice with all the details including price and product name, as per Indian Tax regulations. Please be sure that we are there to deliver the quality product and help you in getting the product of your choice on time!
Returns & Replacements
Ethnickurtas is committed to provide and deliver you the best quality product and as per your specifications. We make our best efforts that it reaches you without any damage to the product and with complete satisfaction to you. However, sometimes due to some unavoidable reasons or certain circumstances that are beyond our control, you might receive your product with some defect or damage. There can also be a case when you might receive a wrong product by mistake. But, need not to worry!! We are there to replace the product or refund your money, as the case may be. We do not accept replacement of product without any defect/damage in it.

Eligibility for Return

The defective and wrong product will be eligible for return if:

1)  It is completely Unused/Unwashed (you can try it once you receive it).

2) You notify us within 24 hrs of product delivery at our Customer Care number or at our email ID specified on our website. You can call our Customer Support No. +91 9868950850 between 10am and 7pm. Never send back the product without consulting with us. In case a product is sent without our consultation and confirmation, no credit or replacement shall be given.
3) Once replacement is approved, we will issue the refund of 80% of product price. 20% will be deducted for admin and order processing charges.

4) Return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. The cost of return will be borne by you.

5) The packing is intact with its original packing.

6) The price tags, labels, receipts or invoices are not tampered.
7) In case of custom made products, returns or replacement will not be accepted in any condition.
8) No returns on accessories.

Please note:  Refund or replacement is subject to proper inspection and checking by Ethnickurtas team. Any damages to the product due to mishandling of the product or implementing any other application will not be considered for Refund/Return. Our team will validate the same and an intimation will be provided to you.

Refunds process

Ethnickurtas will start the refund process only after receiving the product. The refund will be made on the basis of mode of payment selected by you at the time of purchase.

1) Credit Card/Debit Card – the refund will be credited back to the credit/debit card within 10-15 working days.

2) Net banking – the refund will be credited back to the bank account.

3) Any other mode of payment – a cheque for the refund will be made in favour of the name that is provided on the billing name at the time of purchase. It will be sent at the address provided at the time of registration.

We follow the stringent process of refunding for any product. You need to send back the product to us within 10 days. Post receipt of the returned product, we will ask our team to validate and check the return. If the product is found eligible as per our policy, we will credit the appropriate amount into your respective account. However, if our team finds it not eligible for refund, we will send back the product to you. The entire process will not take more than 10 days or our receiving package from you. Also, in both the cases, you will be intimated about the same over the email.

No Refund products

We will not accept the refunds/returns for the products:

That are customised and made to order by you. 

Cancellation or Modification of orders

We usually do not entertain the orders modification or cancellations. However, we understand that there are cases when you really need to make some changes to your orders placed or update your account information (like shipping address). For that, please contact us immediately at our customer care number and we will take your request in case the process of shipping your product has not been initiated. Email requests for these cancellations/updates will not be considered.

In case your order has been initiated, please do not accept the delivery and contact our Customer care. The return policy will be applicable in this case and we will credit the refund once we receive the product back. We will deduct the processing fee in this case and then refund the amount.

Ordering your product is just a minute's task!
Select the product by browsing through our main menu. Once you have arrived on selecting the product, you can just choose the size and color you would like and click on the "Add to Cart" button present on the product information page. You will receive a confirmation message box that will show you if your product is added to your cart successfully. To continue your shopping, you can click on the "Continue shopping" button, else click on the "View cart & checkout". You can verify the products you have chosen with the final amout to be paid. In case, you have your account, you can login and checkout, or checkout as guest by giving your email ID. Please specify your location details and click "Proceed to checkout". Enter your shipping details and select shipping method. You can then make your payment using appropriate payment gateway. Once you make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email on your specified email account. Please check your SPAM/Junk folder in case you are not able to see it in your inbox.

We accept payments through:
Payment Gateway – Internet banking/credit card/debit cards
Cheque - You can drop your cheque, with the details provided to you at the time of Checkout, at your nearest YES bank ATM drop-box.

Viewing Orders and Tracking
Post your checkout and ordering a product, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email on our website. This email will show you all the details with your order number that you can use as a reference for all your future communications with Ethnickurtas. If you are a registered user, you can also see your orders and history of previous orders at My Account -> My Orders. You will be able to see the details on your Dashboard as well, if you have placed your order with your details. 

You will be updated with your order status through emails at every step. Once we dispatch your product, we will send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam/junk folders for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates in your inbox. If there is some kind of delay due to any unforeseen events, you would receive a notification from our side.

Updating Account Information
You may update any information regarding your account or settings anytime using your log in details. You are therefore requested to keep your account information private and do not disclose it to anyone.
You can also change your interests anytime on receiving promotional activities, newsletters, marketing mailing list at the time of registration or later. However, EthnicKurtas reserves the rights to send some service or company related information/communication without giving you the option of unsubscribing it.
You can de-register or terminate your account with EthnicKurtas.com yourself anytime you like. This will show you as a terminated account, however, your basic information will be archived on our servers.
